ST THOMAS COURT GROUP CARTOONS


Brief

We were briefed to create a fictional character 'Dr Claude Backe' to answer readers questions in his own inimitable style. StTCG gave us a description of how they envisioned Claude would look and we set to work illustrating him in pen and ink. Each cartoon must be either based on topical events or make reference to the content of the letters.


Solution

Over the 10 issues of the magazine so far, we have developed his personality, Claude Backe is now a permanent fixture on the last pages of the magazine.
